We need an advisory firm that is created, owned, and operated by natives of Africa and Eastern Mediterranean.
In the process of discovery, I’ve found that an overwhelming majority — if not all — of small or family businesses in Egypt (including Africa and the Levant) are not equipped with people who are capable of building effective, long-term foundational pillars of a business — this even includes companies with hundreds of staff. These businesses comprise nearly the entirety of Egypt’s economy.
The focus now is on assisting them. This is lifelong work.
